Evidence of the Blackout 2011 comes directly from Club Penguin, who released an outline of events and parties between January and June via a Whiteboard. While we know that the Blackout 2011 has something to do with the Elite Penguin Force which is EPF, we are unsure of the exact details of the Blackout Event. Nevertheless, the Blackout of 2011 will likely last for just 1 fortnight (2weeks), which could be an outcome in total darkness on Club Penguin or at the Beacon ontop of the Lighthouse.
