Here is the guide to complete EPF Field Ops 41:
1: Go to the EPF HQ To collect your Mission.
2: Go to the Dock, if you see alot of penguins in one space then go to where the penguins are, near to the top right corner of the dock.
3: Your phone should be shaking now, complete the field ops and earn a medal.
