It only took 2 days for Classic 599 to think it over but he was ready to come back, Classic 599 wanted to finish what he started. In other words He wants to return to Club Penguin and YouTube.

As he returned to Club Penguin and YouTube he still wanted to show more of his cheats and videos so he returned.
